We are seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the role of Production Coordinator based in Lae.
The Role:
- Develop the plans needed to achieve production objectives.
- Provide operational direction and support to supervisors and leading hands to develop and implement biscuit manufacturing line systems and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP’s)
- Ensure that biscuit process systems support the Manufacturing Manager and managers of other functions to provide excellent customer service and quality products.
About You:
- A Minimum Tertiary Education
- Experience and/or qualifications in biscuit or similar manufacturing
- Food Technology, Business or Engineering degree and/or equivalent workplace experience
- At least five years’ experience and demonstrated success in a similar management level position, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Membership of a relevant professional body
