Receptionist (Lae)

Paradise Foods Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist to join our team in Lae. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office.

The Role

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing professional front desk and administrative support to the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the front desk and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing calls and maintaining internal directories
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, mail, and shipments
  • Providing administrative support to the senior team and employees
  • Managing inventory and maintenance of administrative equipment and consumables
  • Maintaining a professional and organized office environment
  • Managing appointments and calendars
  • Coordinating and assisting visitors and clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an FMCG environment
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
