People & Culture Department Hosts 2-Day Workshop

The Paradise Foods’ People & Culture Department kicked hosted its two day Refresher Workshop with both Port Moresby and Lae teams coming together.

With over 4,000 employees across 3 sites and over 12 offices all across Papua New Guinea, Paradise Foods is proud to have a People & Culture team led entirely by strong PNG women.

Dave, CEO of Paradise Foods, payed the team a visit to introduce himself and speak about purpose and what it means to be a purpose-driven organisation.

Referencing Aristotle, he shared that purpose lies at the intersection between your talent and the needs of the world.

He reminded the team that Paradise is not all about making money — it’s about building PNG. His personal purpose is helping people who are well to help themselves.

The team was challenged to reflect on their own purpose because the People and Culture team are here to serve others.
