We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Market Research & Insights Manager to help us drive strategic decision-making through meaningful insights.
About the Role
The Market Research & Insights Manager will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable intelligence, supporting cross-functional teams and senior leadership with data-informed recommendations to drive growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Demand Planner and Sales team to generate an 18-month rolling sales forecast using forecasting tools and sales insights.
- Market Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate consumer and category trends.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to uncover insights that support strategic business planning.
- Insight Reporting: Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for senior management, identifying key trends and opportunities.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in market research and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or strategic planning, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in forecasting and data analysis tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment
