Trade Marketing Representative
Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Representative to join our Southern Region Sales Team based in Port Moresby. If you are passionate about building strong relationships, driving brand visibility and growing sales in the marketplace, this is an exciting opportunity to represent some of PNG’s most trusted brands.
The Role
The Trade Marketing Representative will be responsible for executing trade marketing activities, strengthening relationships with trade partners and ensuring our brands are highly visible and available across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key trade partners
- Execute trade marketing plans and promotional activities across assigned territories
- Ensure strong brand visibility through effective merchandising and in-store displays
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability in stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify opportunities
- Prepare reports on trade performance, promotions and field insights
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Experience in trade marketing, sales or FMCG environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid Class 6 driver’s license
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Outlook and reporting tools
