The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Sponsorship & Promotions Manager to lead our sponsorship strategy and promotional campaigns. In this role, you’ll negotiate key partnerships, manage promotional teams, and work closely with internal teams to ensure our brand shines in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise brand exposure through strategic sponsorships and promotional campaigns
- Leverage industry events and activations to drive engagement and sales
- Provide high-quality sponsorship content to the digital marketing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and return on investment
- Manage the Promotions Teams in Port Moresby and Lae
- Represent Paradise Foods at public and corporate events as required
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or promotional campaign management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Experience in event marketing, influencer campaigns, or brand activations is a plus
- A creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
