We are inviting suitable candidates to apply for the position of Site Nurse based at our Port Moresby site.
About the Role
Reporting to the HSE Coordinator, the Site Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive health and wellness services to our employees, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the company clinic daily and attend to sick employees.
- Provide first aid and attend to emergencies as required.
- Refer patients for further medical treatment and provide follow-up reports.
- Conduct pre-employment medical checks.
- Ensure adequate medical supplies are available.
- Maintain accurate employee medical records.
- Report and compile statistics on lost time injuries (LTI), incidents, and accidents for management.
Requirements
- Nursing qualification (degree preferred) or equivalent workplace experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
