Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a highly organised and motivated Raw Materials Coordinator to be based at our Lae operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient management, storage, and supply of raw materials to support uninterrupted production operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, handling, and timely supply of raw materials to production.
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are upheld, including responsibility for warehouse security, equipment, and stock.
• Plan, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse stock layout, including special storage requirements (e.g. flammable, temperature-sensitive, or fragile materials).
• Maintain stock accuracy through system-based and manual stock monitoring.
• Manage raw material stock control, inventory movements, and internal order processing.
• Supervise the picking, staging, recording, and issuing of materials to production.
• Monitor staff performance, providing guidance, training, and disciplinary support where required.
• Motivate and coordinate the warehouse team to achieve productivity targets.
• Work closely with Procurement, Production, and other internal departments to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate stock records and plan future storage capacity requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
• Conduct daily team briefings and plan upcoming activities.
• Ensure all warehouse assets are recorded, maintained, and kept in good working condition.

Applicant Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar warehousing or materials coordination role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented with proven leadership capability.
• Must hold a current driver’s licence.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
