Inventory Supervisor

Paradise Foods is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Lae. This role reports directly to the Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator.
The Role
As the Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our inventory department and ensure accurate tracking and management of stock. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily inventory operations, including stock replenishment and minimizing discrepancies
- Collaborating with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Leading physical inventory counts and audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Training, mentoring, and supervising inventory staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance
- Analyzing inventory data and generating reports on levels, adjustments, and turnover for management review
About You
We are looking for a skilled and organized professional with the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management-level inventory or related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and data entry processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to delegate tasks effectively
