We recently caught up with Rohan Namea, our Area Field Manager for the Highlands region to talk about his recent move up the Highlands from our Port Moresby office and how his settling in, in Mt Hagen.

Rohan, originally from Kairuku in Central Province joined Paradise Foods in 2010. With an extensive background in Sales, Rohan’s move has channeled excellent field executions which has seen a boost in sales for the Highlands region.

Since moving to Mt Hagen, Rohan is loving every bit of his new home with its friendly people and environment. For a big guy like Rohan, the cool climate and the different range of food and vegetables has dazzled him.

And with his powerhouse execution team behind him, the future looks bright for both our Field Execution and Sales team in the Highlands.

Quick fun fact about Rohan, he started as a Driver with Paradise Foods when he first joined. When asked how he did it, he says there’s no magic to success, just pure hard work, commitment and perseverance.

“I love coming to work everyday for the past 12 years with the business I’ve never missed a day at work.”

“The corporate culture is also something I love about Paradise Foods, from the management down, everyone is seen as equal and is treated the same right across.”
