March Baiwan Appointed Group Compliance Manager

Paradise Company recently announced the appointment of March Baiwan as Group Compliance Manager across both Paradise Foods and Laga Industries.

March re-joined Paradise Foods in November 2021 as a Production Manager at PFL Pom. She came across from Tablebirds where she held senior roles including Poultry Processing Manager in Lae and as Alstonia Site Manager for Tablebirds Pom Operations. Early on in her career, March had previously worked with Paradise Company during the Arnott’s days in production and Quality lead roles.

In this Group Compliance, March has management responsibilities for a high preforming Quality and HS&E team and team culture within Paradise Company. The role will also provide proactive assistance to manufacturing to address any non-compliance from a quality and safety perspective and work with the respective groups to achieve agreed quality and food safety goals and maintain site quality and food safety certifications and continuous improvement processes.
