Location: Port Moresby – Gabaka Site
Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Paradise Foods Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Finished Goods Coordinator to join our team based at our Port Moresby (Gabaka Site) operations.

The Role

As the Finished Goods Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth warehouse operations, and accurate reporting of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities include:

Inventory Management & Control

  • Maintain accurate finished goods inventory records
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations to ensure zero variances
  • Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse staff

Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfilment

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound finished goods are correctly received, stored, and dispatched
  • Supervise order picking, packing, and loading to meet delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Monitor warehouse space utilisation and recommend efficiency improvements

Process Compliance & SOP Adherence

  • Enforce compliance with warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure all activities meet company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular warehouse audits and implement corrective actions

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily reports on stock movements, dispatch schedules, and order fulfilment status
  • Provide inventory reports to management and relevant departments
  • Ensure accurate processing of all documentation, including delivery dockets and invoices

Team Coordination & Training

  • Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks
  • Conduct training on inventory management, safety procedures, and operational efficiency
  • Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the warehouse team

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Certifications in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Logistics
  • 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in finished goods management
  • Proven experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and ERP/WMS systems
  • Supervisory experience will be an advantage
