Location: Port Moresby
Reports to: Sourcing & Procurement Manager
The Role:
- Coordinate the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts across departments.
- Facilitate end-to-end tender management for high-impact sourcing activities.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository with proper documentation and version control.
- Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure contract terms meet business needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation related to contractual obligations.
- Generate reports and provide insights on contract performance and compliance.
About You:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal support; FMCG experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
