A second batch of Paradise Foods Limited staff were recently awarded certificates for completing the Transformational Leadership Program facilitated by PeopleConnexion.

Throughout the program staff were required to develop competencies using relevant tools, frameworks and through collaborative learning.

The program undertaken is intended to develop transformational leadership competencies and personal effectiveness.

Skills learnt from the training were encouraged to be applied within individual teams and departments to assist in enabling personal and organizational change.
