Paradise Foods Limited is looking for two energetic and results-driven individuals to join us as Trade Marketing Representatives in Lae, reporting to the Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product availability, pricing compliance, and visibility across all outlets.
• Maintain high merchandising standards and full outlet coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on POS planning and promotions.
• Develop new channel opportunities and manage trade relationships.
• Ensure stock levels and timely ordering across your territory.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience.
• Strong market knowledge and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Team player with sharp attention to detail.
