We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic and growing team.

The Role

The Senior Internal Auditor will support the Group’s Internal Audit Manager to lead internal audit engagements in accordance with internal audit practice and guidelines. This role offers an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, provide valuable insights to senior management, and contribute to improving internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute internal audits across various departments, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
  • Develop audit plans, risk assessments, and testing strategies.
  • Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Group’s Internal Auditor and management to develop and monitor corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership when required.
  • Assist with special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

The successful candidate for this position must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CIA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in internal or external auditing, with a strong understanding of auditing principles, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An ethical and honest individual, demonstrates a high level of integrity, trust, objectivity and confidentiality
