A second batch of Paradise Foods staff in POM were awarded their certificates for completing the Supervisory and Leadership Training Program  conducted by the 80/20 Total Solutions Provider (TSP) for 11 days over a period of 3 months

The program is designed to equip individuals with essentials skills and knowledge needed to excel in supervisory and leadership roles. It encompasses 7 core units of competency, providing a comprehensive learning experience.

Throughout the training, participants engage in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and case studies to develop their supervisory and leadership capabilities. Each unit of competency focuses on a specific aspect of leadership and offers practical strategies to enhance performance in these areas. The program is tailored to address the challenges faced by supervisors and leaders in various industries, providing applicable skills that can be implemented in real-world scenarios.
