In April this year, Paradise Foods Limited (PFL) entered four divisions into the Lae Corporate Touch competition, a few games after the competition had already commenced. Despite starting at the bottom of the leaderboard, our teams demonstrated resilience and teamwork throughout the season.

While the Open Women’s and Senior Men’s teams did not have the numbers or sustained interest to continue to the finals, our Open Men’s and Open Mixed divisions persevered and emerged victorious, clinching the Grand Final title.

The teams were not only made up of our staff but also included their children and grandchildren, making the competition a family affair as much as a corporate endeavor. PFL fielded one of the youngest teams in the competition, showcasing the spirit and energy of the next generation.

A heartfelt thanks goes to the management of Paradise Foods for their unwavering support throughout the season. With this success under our belt, we look forward to assembling an even bigger and better team in the next season.
