Today, the Paradise Foods POM Team held its Quarter 2 Town Hall at the Kawai Site. The event showcased the company’s dedication to celebrating success and fostering confidence in our team. CEO Michael Penrose, took the opportunity to commend the team for their notable improvements in the past quarter.

Penrose highlighted the positive strides made, stating, “We are seeing a lot of improvement.” Despite the current economic challenges, particularly the decreased buying power of consumers, Paradise Foods remains committed to supporting its customers. “While other companies are increasing their prices, we are doing the opposite. We’re bringing our prices down with our new K1.00 offers,” Penrose announced, reinforcing the company’s customer-first philosophy.

The Town Hall also served as a platform to introduce exciting new products to the market: Teisti Biscuit, T-Shake 75ml, and the Snacks 25g, which promise to bring affordability to our customers.

In true Paradise Foods spirit, the event concluded with a celebration of outstanding achievements. The Employee of the Year awards recognized individuals who have exemplified dedication and excellence, while Milestone recipients were honored for their long-term commitment to the company.

The Q2 Town Hall at Kawai Site was not just a meeting; it was a testament to Paradise Foods’ culture of celebrating success, embracing challenges, and continuously striving for improvement.
