As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to drive training initiatives, talent development, and leadership programs that empower our workforce.
Your Role:
As our Learning & Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Identify learning needs and create strategies to support employee growth.
- Manage leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Measure and improve training effectiveness using data-driven insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Cert IV qualifications in Training & Assessment.
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Passion for developing talent and driving organizational success.
- Proficiency in data analytics to assess training effectiveness.
