It is amazing to see the transformation inside our company from having a full time chaplain. Employees are happier, more engaged, and come to work early! Requests for the chaplain’s time have been overwhelming, and so has employee feedback. Team prayer meetings, individual counseling, bible studies during breaks, and home visits to employee families have been happening everyday. It’s entirely appropriate for a company in a Christian country to have Christian values. To be sure we are the best employer in Papua New Guinea, this unique employee engagement is an important part.
