We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Graphic Artist to join our Commercial team in Port Moresby. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer who is passionate about packaging, branding and visual storytelling. You will be working closely and reporting with the Category Manager – Ice Cream, Beverage and Icy Pouch.

You will play a key role in developing packaging artwork, managing brand assets and delivering high-quality creative solutions that support product launches, marketing campaigns and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As our Graphic Designer / Graphic Artist, you will:

• Develop, update and maintain packaging artwork that meets brand standards, regulatory requirements and production specifications.
• Manage artwork revisions for product updates, packaging improvements, ingredient changes and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare accurate print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers, packaging suppliers and production teams.
• Create and maintain brand assets including logos, icons, illustrations, packaging elements, product renders and visual identity materials.
• Maintain an organised digital asset library to ensure consistency across all brands.
• Coordinate artwork approval processes with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Design promotional materials including point-of-sale displays, brochures, flyers, posters and other marketing collateral.
• Produce creative content for social media, websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Support product launches, promotional activities and corporate events with engaging visual designs.
• Assist with photography, image editing and basic video production when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in graphic design, packaging artwork or an FMCG environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience preparing artwork for commercial print production and packaging development.
• A sound understanding of packaging printing processes, colour management and pre-press requirements.
• Excellent layout, typography and visual communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
