We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team, reporting to the Human Resource Manager.
About the Role
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, supporting organisational goals through effective people management practices. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, improving employee engagement, and driving performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide insights on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters
Talent Management
- Support recruitment strategies for key roles
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback
- Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning
Employee Relations
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies
- Promote and maintain a positive workplace culture
Organisational Development
- Lead change management initiatives
- Support leadership development and coaching
- Identify training and development needs across the business
HR Metrics & Reporting
- Analyse HR data (turnover, engagement, performance) to support decision-making
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Review, update, and implement HR policies as required
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (desirable)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, including generalist or advisory experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
