Finished Goods Coordinator

Paradise Foods is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill the position of Finished Goods Coordinator, based in Lae and reporting to the Logistics Manager.


The Role

The Finished Goods Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of finished goods, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management & Control
    Maintaining accurate finished goods inventory records, conducting daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations, and implementing FIFO and FEFO principles to minimise waste and maintain product quality. Investigating and resolving stock variances in collaboration with warehouse staff.
  • Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfilment
    Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods. Supervising picking, packing, and loading activities to meet delivery timelines, coordinating with transport and logistics teams, and monitoring warehouse space utilisation to improve efficiency.
  • Process Compliance & SOP Adherence
    Ensuring all warehouse activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. Conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    Preparing daily reports on stock movements, dispatch schedules, and order fulfilment. Providing inventory reports to management and ensuring all documentation, including delivery dockets and invoices, is accurately processed.
  • Team Coordination & Training
    Supervising warehouse staff, allocating daily tasks, conducting training on inventory management and safety procedures, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Logistics will be an advantage
  • 5–8 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in finished goods management
  • Strong experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and ERP/WMS systems
  • Supervisory experience is desirable
