The Promotion Officer is responsible for assisting Promotions Coordinator with all Promotional activities and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate scheduled promotional activities in store.
- Develop good customer relationships in store and on trade.
- Participate in surveys on exterior and interior merchandising standards.
- Carry out surveys instore during promotions.
- Carry out Price Surveys.
- Provide accurate and timely reports per promotions (schedules).
- Monthly counts on all PFL POSMs
- Packing and Issuing of POSMs to all PFL outstation offices.
- Assist with event set up as and when required.
- Delivery of donations as and when required.
- Support Sales & Marketing teams when required through Promotions Coordinator and/or Sponsorship and Promotions Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 level in marketing
- Minimum years’ experience in similar role
- Experience within FMCG a must
- Must possess drivers license with the ability to actually drive vehicles
- Very effective communicator both orally and in written
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suits
