Papua New Guinea’s very own Queen Emma Chocolate was recently showcased at the Fine Food New Zealand 2023 show in Auckland, the largest hospitality, foodservice and food retail event in New Zealand.

Big thanks to Master Chocolatier Oonagh Browne for promoting PNG cocoa at the event, including the delicious array of Queen Emma Chocolate value-added cocoa products such as cocoa butter, powder, mass and nibs.

With support from PHAMA Plus, Oonagh, through her company ‘The Cocoa Ambassador’, has been working with PNG cocoa growing communities as Queen Emma Chocolate’s brand ambassador, promoting fine PNG cocoa in 🇳🇿 and beyond.

This helps create opportunities for Queen Emma Chocolate to grow its market presence, attract potential buyers and improve returns for smallholder cocoa farming households in PNG.
