Paradise Company Interim Group CEO – Mr Ben Wong presenting prize to Week 1 Winner Gul Beno.

Paradise Foods Limited (PFL) has taken the lead in choosing to incentivise the COVID-19 vaccination in a bid to protect all its employees. Each week the company draws a name from all those vaccinated with two winners, one each from our two plant sites receiving K1,000 each.

At PFL we have not announced any vaccine mandate to employees but we are strongly encouraging all staff to be vaccinated to protect themselves and their families.

The company continues to adhere to COVID-19 protocols and follows the Niupela Pasin procedures through the use of temperature checks, compulsive face mask wearing, social distancing and limiting gatherings to less than 20 people.

PFLs recent incentive follows a growing list of companies in the country and worldwide that incentivises the jab.
