Our People: Douglas Nasenom

Paradise Foods is pleased to announce the appointment of Douglas Nasenom as Fleet Administrator for the business effective Monday, 15th June 2020. Douglas has more than 8 years success contributing to efficient operations of fleet management with experience under the Australian Government Aid Program in PNG managing the overall Program fleet of 160 vehicles including transportation of over 60-70 Australian Government officials seconded the Program and various projects and most recently with Coca Cola Amatil (PNG) Limited managing their fleet of 300 vehicles.

In his new role, Douglas will be primarily responsible for improving fleet management efficiency and cost reduction initiatives, working together with our Security providers to fully maximize the use of fleet GPS Tracking System to cover all functions of fleet management, generating fuel reports and ensuring maintenance of vehicles, vehicle inspections and driver behaviour in line with the Company’s Motor Vehicle Policy. Douglas will be based in Port Moresby reporting to CFO, Ben Wong, however will travel regularly to Lae and other centres for fleet matters.
