Trade Marketing Representative
Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a Trade Marketing Representative to join our Momase Region Sales Team based in Wewak. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trade marketing, sales, or the FMCG industry who enjoys working in the field and building strong relationships with retailers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of trade marketing initiatives, maintaining merchandising standards, and strengthening the presence of Paradise Foods brands across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trade marketing activities across retail outlets in the assigned territory
- Maintain strong product visibility and merchandising standards in store
- Support in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market feedback
- Manage and report on activities across the assigned sales territory
Requirements
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or the FMCG industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a sales territory and work independently
- Valid Class 6 driver’s license
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools
A certificate or qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
