Paradise Foods Limited is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Representative to join our Momase Region Sales Team based in Madang.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key trade partners
- Execute trade marketing plans and promotional activities across assigned territories
- Ensure strong brand visibility through effective merchandising and in-store displays
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability across customer outlets
Market Intelligence
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company merchandising and brand standards
- Gather field insights and provide recommendations to improve market performance
Reporting
- Prepare accurate reports on trade performance, promotional activities and market feedback
- Provide timely updates to management on sales initiatives and field activities
Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant should possess:
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or the FMCG industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage an assigned territory
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid Class 6 Driver’s Licence
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and reporting tools
