Paradise Company recently announced the appointment of Rudhil Kaeka as the Production Manager in the Port Moresby Biscuit, Snacks & ICC Plant.

Rudhil joined the company as a Graduate Trainee in April 2009 after graduating from the University of Technology Lae with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Chemistry. Due to his commitment and support to the Factory management team he was promoted to a Supervisor in the following year. In 2017, Rudhil was appointed as the Line Coordinator a position he held for four years.

His strong leadership skills and vast experience for 12 years in manufacturing, planning, food safety system, OHS, quality, and HACCP will have an impact for better improvement in the factory operations which will lead to greater turnaround and growth in the business.
