Paradise Foods Limited is committed to enhancing talent development as part of its mission to invest in our People by taking on board four interns in partnership with CareerTrackers.

The interns are final year students from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology and University of Papua New Guinea who are undergoing a 12weeks internship program.

Among them are 3 female interns who are attached with the Production teams, including Talitah Magimoore a 4th Year Mechanical Engineering Student at Unitech who says she’s learning a lot in terms of gaining first hand work experience, something that cannot be taught in a classroom setting.

Paradise Foods will continue to participate in programs that bring in students to complete internships with the Company as part of building local talent, improving our employment brand and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline.
