Meet Rohan Namea.

Rohan is an Area Sales Manager for the Southern Region who has been with Paradise Foods for 10 Years.

He began his career with the company in 2010 as a driver and merchandiser for the sales team in Port Moresby. His role required him to visit shops daily, making sure the shelves were filled with Paradise Foods products.

In 2011 he was given the opportunity of being one of the first Queen Emma Chocolate Operators when the Chocolate factory was opened.

Rohan moved back to the Sales Team for a year as a Sales Representative before being given the Biscuit Category Sales Supervisor role in 2013.

In 2014 Rohan was given the role of Outstation Sales Manager which he took on graciously. His new role required him to manage shops, canteens and outlets outside of Port Moresby.

It was in 2017 that Rohan was promoted to his current position of Area Sales Manager in the Southern Region.

When asked what has kept him at Paradise Foods for 10 years, he acknowledged good management and the people he has worked with throughout his career at Paradise Foods.

Rohan added that his success throughout his career comes with respect, commitment, hard-work, sacrifice and putting God first in everything he does.
