Hailing from the Angoram District in East Sepik Province, Mrs. Kamo is a key individual who supervises all Electrical works at the production, projects and the Port Moresby plant as a whole. While ensuring machines are working and running efficiently to meet production targets, she also does Preventative and Corrective Maintenance , Continuous Improvement Projects and also plays a vital role in the Operations Team as a Food Safety (HACCP) rep.

Sponsored by PFL, Mrs. Kamo recently graduated with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering POWER Certificate. This adds to her other qualifications such as National Certificate NC1 and NC2 in Electro technology and her Apprenticeship Program with SP Brewery Limited from 2010-2013. These Apprenticeship Extension/Block courses including Trade Test were conducted at POMTECH School of Electrical Trades.

“My Family has been my biggest support system, successfully juggling both studies and working a full-time job in order to accomplish my achievements,” says a proud Mrs. Kamo.
