Meet our dynamic Logistics and Warehousing Manager for Supply Chain Lae, Keith Vali.

Keith has had quite an exciting journey with Paradise Foods.

Starting in 2020 as Internal Transport Supervisor, he was promoted a year later to Logistics Coordinator overseeing operations. Six months into his role, he was given another opportunity to explore in the Finish Goods section as Finish Goods Coordinator trainee. With this new role came new challenges. However, Keith had to run with it knowing it would benefit him and his family.

In 2022, he was appointed as Finish Goods Coordinator in charge of warehousing and inventory coordination.

Thanks to Paradise Foods Human Resources Department Head, with current programs for upskilling staff from the ground up and turning them into leaders, Keith was nominated to upskill himself with the Transformational Leadership Training facilitated by Garry Blair from People’s Connections. This paved way for him to become the current Warehousing & Logistics Manager for Supply Chain Lae.

In a few but profound words, Keith said Paradise Foods Ltd is not only a Food Manufacturing company but also a manufacturer of people’s abilities, skills and creativity.
