As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Learning & Development Manager to lead our training initiatives, develop talent, and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organisation.


The Role

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
  • Identifying learning needs and designing strategies to support employee career growth.
  • Leading leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborating with departments to embed a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Measuring and improving training effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (essential).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • A passion for talent development and organisational growth.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to evaluate training impact.
