Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth across diverse FMCG categories? We’re looking for a Group Manager of Sales to take charge of our multi-category product portfolio – spanning ice cream, biscuits, snacks, culinary, chocolate and bottled water – and lead our regional growth journey.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve top-line revenue and market share growth across all categories.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across traditional trade, modern trade, and HORECA channels.
  • Drive market penetration for new SKUs and optimize existing product performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain to align demand generation and fulfillment.
  • Leverage data, insights, and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners nationwide.
  • Ensure flawless execution of promotions, pricing strategies, and route-to-market optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in FMCG; multi-category experience highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the frozen chain and cold supply chain operations.
  • Proven success in managing a complex SKU portfolio.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
