Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Capacity Planner to join our Supply Chain team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in balancing capacity, customer service, inventory levels, operational efficiency, and cost performance across our manufacturing network. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Warehousing, and Commercial teams to ensure production resources are effectively aligned with forecasted demand and business objectives.

Key Objectives

• Analyze available production capacity and identify potential constraints.
• Develop practical short-, medium-, and long-term capacity plans to meet customer demand efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Provide data insights, scenario analysis, and actionable recommendations through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Maintain: Develop and maintain rolling capacity plans, analyze production capabilities, and update capacity assumptions and parameters regularly.
• Align Demand & Resource: Convert demand plans into capacity requirements and propose solutions to support customer service and inventory targets.
• Support Commercial Launches: Assess capacity requirements for new product launches or promotional campaigns to ensure production availability prior to commercial commitments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Finance, Warehousing, and Commercial teams to align capacity decisions with corporate goals.
• Report & Optimize: Build capacity reports, run scenario models, track key performance metrics, and drive continuous planning process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years in capacity planning, supply planning, production planning, or manufacturing operations (FMCG or multi-site manufacturing environment preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of S&OP, MPS, MRP, production scheduling, and inventory management. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Syspro and Power BI is highly regarded.
