We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Beverage Supervisor who will be based in (Lae) and reporting to the (Beverage Manager).
The Role: (Job responsibilities)
- Oversee day to day operation sof sthe Beverage Plant
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction including manpower
- Build and maintain a collaborative team, focused on providing services that meet the operational needs of the company and products that meet customer’s needs
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, team members and Company staff
- Drive improvements throughout the Department in terms of cost savings through line efficiency improvements, waste reduction, downtime reduction, improved quality, and improved attendance to work
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, engineering or equivalent
- At least five years’ experience and demonstrated success in a similar management level position, in a manufacturing environment
- Computer literate
