Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a motivated Trade Marketing Representative to join our Sales Team in Wabag, Enga Province.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, building customer relationships and growing the visibility of some of PNG’s most trusted brands.

The Role

The Trade Marketing Representative will execute trade marketing activities across the assigned territory, build strong relationships with trade partners and ensure Paradise Foods brands are visible and available in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key trade partners.
• Execute trade marketing plans, promotions and sales activities across the assigned territory.
• Ensure strong brand visibility through effective merchandising and in-store displays.
• Monitor stock levels and support consistent product availability across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand and merchandising standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Gather field insights and provide regular reports on trade performance and promotional activities.
• Support the Sales Team in achieving territory sales and distribution objectives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in trade marketing, sales, retail or FMCG will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in the field.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Class 6 driver’s licence.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and reporting tools.
