Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Representative to join our Sales Team based in Mendi, Southern Highlands Province.

The Role

The Trade Marketing Representative will be responsible for executing trade marketing activities across the assigned territory, strengthening relationships with trade partners and ensuring Paradise Foods brands are highly visible, available and well represented in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key trade partners.
• Execute trade marketing plans, promotions and sales activities across the assigned territory.
• Ensure strong brand visibility through effective merchandising and in-store displays.
• Monitor stock levels and support consistent product availability across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand and merchandising standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.
• Gather field insights and provide regular reports on trade performance and promotional activities.
• Support the Sales Team in achieving territory sales and distribution objectives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in trade marketing, sales, retail or FMCG will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in the field.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Class 6 driver’s licence.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and reporting tools.
