Trade Marketing Executive
Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of effective trade marketing strategies across key markets in Papua New Guinea.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, and retail execution, and is passionate about driving brand growth at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to design and implement trade marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives and retail partner requirements.
- Support the sales team with effective tools, promotional materials, and marketing collateral to drive product visibility and sales performance.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage annual promotional plans at both brand and country level, aligned with brand guidelines, shopper insights, and sales feedback.
- Conduct regular trade visits to key markets to assess in-store execution and new product launch implementation.
- Coordinate in-store promotions and product launches, ensuring timely and effective execution at retail level.
- Assist in managing trade marketing budgets, ensuring activities are cost-effective and deliver strong return on investment (ROI).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in trade marketing or brand management, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods in Papua New Guinea.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and retail partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
