Trade Marketing Representative
Paradise Foods Limited is seeking a Trade Marketing Representative to join our Momase Region Sales Team based in Lae. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trade marketing, sales, or the FMCG industry who enjoys working in the field and building strong relationships with retailers.
The successful candidate will support the execution of trade marketing activities, merchandising standards, and promotional initiatives while providing valuable market insights from across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trade marketing initiatives across retail outlets
- Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising standards in store
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
- Manage and report on activities across an assigned sales territory
Requirements
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or the FMCG industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a sales territory and work independently
- Valid Class 6 driver’s license
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools
A certificate or qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
