Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor

Paradise Foods is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Lae. This role reports directly to the Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator.

The Role

As the Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and leading a high-performing warehouse team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Leading, training, mentoring, and evaluating warehouse staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Coordinating outbound shipments and ensuring proper documentation and packaging.
• Inspecting finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe storage areas for finished goods.
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve warehouse operations.
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Generating reports on inventory, productivity, and shipping metrics for management review.

About You

We’re looking for a driven and organized professional with the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in finished goods.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software, preferably SYSPRO.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
