Trade Marketing Representative (2 Positions)

Paradise Foods Limited is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trade Marketing Representatives, based in Lae and reporting to the Area Sales Manager. We are looking for vibrant, results-driven individuals to support our trade marketing activities and ensure strong brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve product ranging of agreed Paradise Foods products in outlets by channel within the assigned territory.
• Ensure availability of all Paradise Foods products across outlets and channels through proper inventory processes.
• Monitor and achieve price compliance across all outlets and channels.
• Maintain high merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and in-store presentation.
• Provide full outlet coverage in line with agreed call plans.
• Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and Marketing team to plan and implement Point-of-Sale requirements.
• Execute daily call planning with discipline and consistency.
• Identify and review new business opportunities and contribute to channel development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders in trade.
• Ensure promotional materials are well displayed and effectively utilized in trade.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves, displays, and bulk stores, ensuring timely orders are placed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Strong understanding of the market, key players, and consumer/trade trends.
• Knowledge of retail classification and basic supply chain processes.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in outlet call planning and coverage, with strong organizational skills.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
