We are looking for an motivated professional Promotions Officer to joins our team here in Port Moresby who will be directly reporting to Promotions Coordinator.
Paradise Foods Limited is the oldest established food manufacturing business in PNG and employs hundreds of Papua New Guineans.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Activate scheduled promotional activities in store.
- Develop good customer relationships in store and on trade.
- Participate in surveys on exterior and interior merchandising standards.
- Carry out surveys instore during promotions.
- Carry out Price Surveys.
- Provide accurate and timely reports per promotions (schedules).
- Monthly counts on all PFL POSMs
- Packing and Issuing of POSMs to all PFL outstation offices.
- Assist with event set up as and when required.
- Delivery of donations as and when required.
- Support Sales & Marketing teams when required through Promotions Coordinator and/or Sponsorship and Promotions Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience within FMCG is preferable
- Be able to drive and possess a Class 6 Driver’s License
- Fluent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suit
