Paradise Foods is a 100% PNG owned leading food manufacturer in Papua New Guinea with a vision – to be the largest and most profitable food company in the South Pacific.  As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to drive training initiatives, talent development, and leadership programs that empower our workforce.

Your Role:

As our Learning & Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
  • Identify learning needs and create strategies to support employee growth.
  • Manage leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Measure and improve training effectiveness using data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Cert IV qualifications in Training & Assessment.
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Passion for developing talent and driving organizational success.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to assess training effectiveness.
