Paradise Foods Limited made it their mission to start the year with kindness. Teams from Lae, Kokopo, and Port Moresby visited children’s wards in hospitals across Papua New Guinea, bringing not just goodie bags, but joy and warmth to young patients and their families.

In Lae, the team visited the Angau Memorial Hospital, while the Kokopo team made their way to St. Mary’s Hospital-Vunapope and Nonga General Hospital. The Port Moresby team brought smiles to the Port Moresby General Hospital. Each visit was filled with laughter and heartfelt moments as the teams handed out goodie bags packed with Paradise Foods favorites—biscuits, cookies, snacks, Tru Tru Wara, Gala ice cream, and T-Shake.

For many of the children, these treats were more than just snacks—they were a reminder that someone cared. Parents and hospital staff alike expressed their gratitude, touched by the company’s thoughtful gesture.

“At Paradise Foods, we believe in sharing happiness, especially with those who need it most,” said Venita Martin, Paradise Food’s Sponsorships & Promotions Manager. “Seeing the children’s faces light up reminded us of the power of simple acts of kindness.”

This New Year’s initiative reflects Paradise Foods’ ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and bringing joy to the people of Papua New Guinea.
