At Paradise Foods, fostering a growth mindset is ingrained in our culture, permeating every aspect of our operations. On the 2nd of May 2024, a stride in this direction was made at our Kawai Office, Port Moresby, through an enlightening session on Documented Information Procedure Awareness. Previous sessions were also conducted at our Hunta and Taraka sites in Lae.
The sessions, spanning two hours each, brought together individuals from diverse departments including Information Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Marketing. Spearheaded by Document Controller Carlos Sawa from our Lae Hunta Site, the sessions gave insights to the participants on the importance of document controlling.
Carlos Sawa, not only explained what Documented Information Procedure entails but also its paramount importance in the contemporary business landscape. Highlighting the criticality of controlling documents, he underscored how meticulous documentation can be a cornerstone for organizational success.
