BIRD'S EYE CHILLI POWDER

Paradise Spices Birds Eye Chilli Powder is ground from small and feisty birds eye chilli which grows in parts of Papua New Guinea. The ripe red chilli is carefully hand picked by local farmers. This birds eye chilli powder can be used in a variey of dishes to provide a combination of heat and flavours.

BIRD'S EYE CHILLI FLAKES

Paradise Spices, Birds Eye Chilli grows wild and naturally, in the tropics of Papua New Guinea. Here it thrives on the rich soils and heat which provide the ideal conditions for growing Birds Eye Chillies. The small chilli are laboriously handpicked by local farmers. It is then carefully processed to develope the hot flavour. Ideal as a condiment in any food dishes.

NATURAL VANILLA

Paradise Spices Vanilla is sourced from around Papua New Guinea, particularly the Sepik, Madang, Miline Bay, Bougainville and other provinces. We carefully cure vanilla beans and condition in controlled temperatures and environment to deliver a unique aroma and flavour highly desired by chefs.

BLACK PEPPER GROUND

Paradise Spices Black Pepper is sourced from the flowering Piper Nigrum vine cultivated in the tropical regions of Papua New Guinea by our local farmers. The peppercorns are handpicked, dried and finely ground to offer spice lovers a combination of citrus, woody and floral notes.

Paradise Spices White Pepper is sourced from the flowering Piper Nigrum vine cultivated in the tropical regions of Papua New Guinea by our local farmers. Our White Pepper, has spicy and fruity notes which can be appreciated in sauces, soups and other dishes.

NEW BRITAIN NUTMEG GRATED

Paradise Spices Nutmeg is sourced from the hard brown nut of the nutmeg tree which flourishes in the tropical region of New Britain, grown by our local farmers. Our Nutmeg offers a warm, spicy, delicately sweet flavour which makes it a popular choice for a wide range of cuisines.

RIGO BUSH CINNAMON

Paradise Spices cinnamon is sourced from the mountain areas of Inland Rigo of Central province. The locals walk several hours into the bush to harvest the inner bark of the wild cinnamon. The bark is then sun dried and ground to deliver the strong spicy aroma and flavour that is delicious in both sweet and savoury dishes.

ORANGE TURMERIC GROUND

Paradise Spices Orange Turmeric, a spice that has long been a key ingredient in many Asian dishes and medicines, grows abundantly in the forests of Papua New Guinea. Our finely ground turmeric has a rich orange colour, and mild gingery flavour with slight sweet scents that makes food colourful and flavourful.

GREEN CHILLI POWDER

Paradise Spices Green Chilli powder is from the Green Ceyanne chilli pepper family and although characterised as a chilli pepper the Green Cayenne chilli is not as hot as in their more mature red form, yet still offer a pungent heat with a fresh grassy, chilli pepper flavour. This chilli is sourced from local farmers around Papua New Guinea where it is grown on the rich fertile soils.

FIREFLY CHILLI POWDER

Paradise Spices Firefly chilli is from the Ceyanne pepper family grown in Papua New Guinea. The chilli thrive in the rich fertile soils and heat perfect for growing chilli. The fresh chilli is handpicked by local farmers and millled to deliver a slightly smoky, acidic flavour with intense heat.

FIREFLY CHILLI FLAKES

Paradise Spices Firefly Chilli is from the Ceyanne red chilli pepper family known for its acidicity. The chilli thrive in the rich fertile soils and heat of Papua New Guinea. The fresh chilli is handpicked by local farmers and further milled into flakes to bring out the hot spicy flavour.
